- For strongest hold apply a moderate coat of adhesive to skin. Then tack the adhesive using a finger, sponge, or nylon wig cap until matt. Apply second coat and press lace into wet adhesive then lift. Tack skin until 80% matt. Press wet lace back down onto skin and tack lace until entirely matte.
